Qualifications

• Highly organised and personable medical administration professional.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience with Helix or Gentu is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and support clinical practices.
• Manage patient appointments, billing, referrals, correspondence and medical records.
• Liaise with doctors, hospitals and medical representatives to ensure efficient administration.
• Schedule patient visits and manage payments, contacts and records.
• Collaborate with Administration and Operations teams to achieve outcomes.
