Job summary

Keyy Productions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to drive the client journey from initial enquiry through scoping, quoting, presenting, negotiating and delivering projects. This full-time, mostly remote role prefers Sydney or Brisbane as a base, with opportunities to visit on-site as needed.

A strong emphasis on listening, trust-building and turning conversations into long-term relationships guides the role.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience expected.
• Background in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in video production is valuable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own a significant part of the client journey from enquiry through scoping, quoting, presenting and negotiating to project sign-off.
• Work with new enquiries, existing clients and opportunities in the pipeline.
• Understand client briefs, budgets and goals to propose commercially sound solutions.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to clients and internal production teams.
• Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline with proactive follow-up and momentum.
