Job summary

Fordham, Perth-based, delivers member benefits programs and consulting services to Aboriginal communities across Australia. The Client Services Consultant will support the Executive Office Team, liaising with Community, Trust Managers, Community Services Consultants, the Payments Team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate information and timely payments.

In this hybrid role you will handle phone and email communications, maintain records in line with Trust guidelines, process applications

Qualifications

• . Year 12 completion or equivalent.
• . Experience in customer service or office administration.
• . Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• . Good knowledge of Xero accounting software.
• . Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate phone and email systems to communicate effectively with members (training provided).
• Maintain understanding of Trust guidelines and provide timely information to members.
• Follow processes and maintain accurate records, registers, documentation, and processing of applications and payments within agreed timeframes.
• Prepare and process member payments, with reconciliation in Xero.
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service.
