Link Group in Perth is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officers (Member Services Consultant) to be the first point of contact for members, helping them navigate accounts and understand their options.

This role offers hybrid flexibility, with 50% work from home and 50% in the St Georges Terrace office. You will respond to inquiries, follow up with members, and explore value-add service opportunities, all while keeping customers confident about their retirement journey.

Qualifications

• Prior contact centre experience in financial services.
• ASFA qualification or superannuation knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails with warmth and professionalism.
• Make outbound calls to follow up and add value to member experiences.
• Assist with Click to Chat and grow this service channel.
• Resolve queries efficiently and aim for first-call resolution.
• Identify opportunities to offer value-add services.
• Collaborate with the team and share ideas.
