Job summary

Career Development and Management Guru on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Client Services Coordinator to own the centralized regulatory and administration function, including ASIC compliance for 900+ companies and SMSF administration for 100+ funds. This standalone role supports internal and external clients with minimal supervision.

You’ll manage competing priorities, hit deadlines, and collaborate with Tax, Business Services and SMSF teams while leveraging technology and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Experience across ASIC administration and obligations.
• Knowledge of AML processes and government requirements.
• SMSF administration and lodgement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload with minimal supervision.
• Interest in AI-driven efficiencies and modern accounting tech.
• Experience using FYI and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage centralised ASIC and SMSF administration.
• Oversee ASIC regulatory requirements for 900+ companies.
• Assist clients with AML requirements and related processes.
• Support SMSF administration and reporting for 100+ funds.
• Onboard new clients and coordinate regulatory documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, manage workflow and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient, responsive service.
