Findex is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join our SMSF team in Townsville. This 12-month max-term contract offers flexible options for full-time or part-time work and a diverse mix of admin duties, tax lodgments, and client communications.

You will support ATO correspondences, ASIC requirements, and the preparation of financial packages while maintaining strong client service standards and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Proven admin/customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
• Prepare financial packages and lodge tax returns as needed.
• Manage ATO correspondence and SMSF-related administrative tasks.
• Support ASIC requirements and new entity establishments.
• Process orders for legal documents and manage invoicing/WIP.
• Maintain client database and provide ad-hoc admin support.
• Provide relief receptionist duties as required.
