Findex is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join its SMSF team in Dubbo on a part-time 3-day-per-week basis. This office-based 12-month max-term contract role focuses on diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages.

You will handle ASIC requirements, process legal document orders for SMSFs, manage invoicing and WIP, and collaborate with advisors and staff to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Proactive administrator with experience using MS Office tools.
• Strong client service capabilities and communication skills.
• Team player with attention to detail and time management.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of admin tasks including lodging tax returns, ATO correspondence, and preparing financial packages.
• Attend to ASIC requirements and establish new entities as needed.
• Process orders for legal documents related to SMSFs and manage invoicing and WIP.
• Liaise with advisors, partners and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with accountants and colleagues to ensure timely service delivery.
