Australian Hearing Services (Hearing Australia) is looking for a Client Service Specialist to join the team in Moonee Ponds. This onsite, casual role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and handling day-to-day admin tasks in a close-knit team.

You will support children and adults from diverse backgrounds and assist with minor hearing aid repairs and cleaning, ensuring a welcoming experience for all clients.

• Strong computer literacy and comfort with devices.
• Confident using Apple and/or Android devices in a customer service setting.
