Job summary

Hearing Australia in Victoria is seeking a customer service professional to be the first point of contact for clients. You will manage appointments, handle enquiries, and day-to-day administration with warmth and efficiency.

You will support children and adults from diverse backgrounds and assist with minor hearing aid repairs and cleaning, contributing to a friendly, capable service team.
