Job summary

Hearing in Moonee Ponds is seeking a Client Service Specialist to work onsite and be the first point of contact for our clients. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage appointments, handle enquiries and perform day-to-day administration, while supporting children and adults from diverse backgrounds.
