Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Moonee Ponds. You will be onsite, acting as the first point of contact for clients and delivering excellent customer service while handling appointments, enquiries and daily admin tasks.

You will support children and adults from diverse backgrounds and assist with minor hearing aid repairs and cleaning. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and comfort with Apple/Android devices are essential.
