Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist for onsite work at Sherwood & Forest Lake. You will greet clients, handle counter and phone enquiries, and assist with hearing aid repairs while delivering outstanding service to diverse clients.

In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with families and individuals, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to a supportive, customer‑focused environment within Australia’s leading hearing care provider.
