Our client is one of Queensland's leading new home builders.
The have a enviable reputation for aspirational quality new home offerings, offering homes to clients of all levels, from First Home Buyers, to large family homes and acreage builds.

Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting for a On-Site Building Coordinator to add to their successful team of professionals, based in their central Gold Coast office. This role focuses on customer service for their clients, guiding them through the build process, from the start of construction though to the hand over of their new home.

You will be the point of contact for clients, providing scheduled updates, administration for customers projects, liaise with internal stakeholders on progress & changes, have the ability to build & maintain relationships, and ability to find solutions and resolve issues when they arise. You will also work closely with Site Supervisors, and be their contact in the office for updates and any queries that arise.

Our successful candidate will have previous experience within a residential builder in a similar position, have a strong customer focused approach and have superior communication skills.
