Job summary

GemLife is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist for their GemHub Information Centre in Helensvale. You will be the first contact for prospective homeowners, guiding them from initial enquiry through to resort visits and follow-up, while building strong relationships and ensuring a premium customer experience.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, provide information about resorts and lifestyle, and keep CRM records up to date.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or client relations experience.
• Familiar with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide information on GemLife resorts, homes, and lifestyle.
• Build relationships with prospective homeowners and maintain regular contact.
• Book appointments and coordinate resort tours; follow up on enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Resolve enquiries professionally and promptly.
