Job summary

Living Gems Developments Pty Ltd – Bundall QLD is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to manage residential contract documentation, review contracts for compliance, and keep documentation flow across internal teams.

You will be organised, tech-savvy, and able to juggle timelines in a fast-paced environment, with a degree in Business Admin or related field and knowledge of contract law for residential construction and manufactured homes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field.
• A good grasp of contract law, particularly in residential construction and/or manufactured homes.
• Confidence navigating construction documentation.
• Super-organised, detail-obsessed, and a natural communicator.
• Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (bonus points for CRM and doc management tools).

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of coordination for all residential construction contract documentation
• Review and coordinate contracts to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with internal teams to support smooth execution and documentation flow
