Job summary

GemLife is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead multimillion-dollar lifestyle resort developments in Queensland, guiding projects from concept to completion and coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders. You will mentor the project team and ensure milestones and budgets align with strategic goals.

You will lead with strong relationships to internal and external partners, expect travel to sites as required, and contribute to a fast-growing ASX-listed company that values

Qualifications

Degree required in property economics, business, urban planning, civil engineering, or related field.
10+ years of development management experience with a proven track record of projects over $50 million.
Expertise across land and built-form development, planning, design and end-to-end project management.

Responsibilities

Oversee development projects from concept to completion.
Manage consultants, contractors, project approvals and key stakeholder relationships.
Lead the project team to ensure milestones, budgets and strategic goals are met.
