Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of established, 12+ month clients.
• Build relationships through regular contact and site visits as needed.
• Own contract renewals end-to-end—track, open early, close before expiry.
• Catch at-risk accounts early and retain them.
• Grow existing accounts through additional services.
• Keep clean records of every client, renewal date and conversation.
