You will work with local and national teams, engage with hiring managers, re-engage dormant accounts, and generate new business through networking and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Re-engage dormant clients and rebuild partnerships.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell services.
• Partner with recruiters to convert opportunities into outcomes.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and client activity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and market presence across Adelaide.
