Signal Waste & Recycling is seeking an Account Manager to nurture an established portfolio of existing business clients in Adelaide. You will strengthen relationships, secure renewals and drive growth through additional services, with support from an experienced operations team.

The role offers a base salary plus super, uncapped commission, and a car allowance with a fuel card. You’ll avoid cold calling while earning earnings that reflect performance and portfolio ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience managing an established client portfolio in a B2B context.
• Strong relationship management and renewal skills.
• Comfort with commissions and performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with existing B2B clients
• Securing contract renewals and protecting recurring revenue
• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through additional services
• Meeting clients, understanding their needs and solving problems
• Working closely with our operations team to deliver excellent service
• Taking ownership of client retention and account growth targets
