Job summary

Majestic Plumbing is a WA-based plumbing and gas services leader seeking a Service Coordinator / Scheduler to join our Malaga team. You’ll link clients, technicians and suppliers, ensuring efficient, high-standard service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage job coordination, quoting, invoicing support and WHS compliance, while maintaining meticulous records and providing administrative assistance to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service coordination, scheduling or administration role.
• Background in a service-based industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive and programmed maintenance works and schedule activities.
• Act as main point of contact for client requests and enquiries.
• Monitor job progress and maintain clear communication with clients and technicians.
• Coordinate on-call rostering for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with quoting, procurement and liaison with suppliers/contractors.
• Maintain accurate records in systems and support WHS compliance.
• Support invoicing, billing queries and account reconciliations.
