United Plumbing and Gas Services PTY LTD in Adelaide is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to support our service team. You’ll be the central link between customers, technicians, and management, ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently and customers receive outstanding service.
Key duties include scheduling, dispatching, handling inquiries, maintaining job records in SimPRO, coordinating quotes, and following up to grow future opportunities.

As our Service division continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive Service Coordinator to become a key part of our team.
You'll be the central point of communication between our customers, technicians, and management team, helping to ensure jobs are delivered efficiently and our customers receive outstanding service every step of the way.

As our Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Service Manager and field technicians, helping to keep operations running smoothly from the initial customer call right through to invoicing.
Scheduling and dispatching technicians based on priority, location, and availability
Managing incoming customer enquiries and service requests
Providing customers with updates and maintaining strong client relationships
Coordinating emergency call-outs and schedule changes as they arise
Maintaining accurate job records within SimPRO
Preparing job reports and processing invoices
Following up quotations and scheduling approved works
Conducting customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities
Managing client portals, inductions, and clearance requirements
Monitoring and delegating shared inboxes
Data entry, document management, and general administration support across the business
Working closely with technicians and management to ensure seamless communication across the business
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything on track.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in service coordination, scheduling, administration, customer service, or a similar role
Experience within a trades, maintenance, construction, or field service environment (highly regarded)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Positive and bubbly personality
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
Confidence using computer systems and job management software
SimPRO experience (advantageous but not essential)
A positive attitude and a desire to grow with our business
