Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Pre-Construction Client Liaison in Western Australia. You will manage the client journey from Final Plans through to Slab Down, coordinating pre-site and site-start requirements and keeping clients informed with timely updates.

Ideally you have 1+ years in the residential building industry, with strong customer service, time management and attention to detail. Flexible hours and staff benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of residential building industry experience.
• Candidates from building suppliers or commercial contractor backgrounds are considered
• Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to your work

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication and provide updates throughout the preconstruction process
• Communicate Scheduling requirements, outcomes and key project updates to clients
• Coordinate Synergy, gas and External Works requirements with clients and internal teams
• Complete BA20 Forms and manage required documentation
• Review Pre-Site Inspection and Slab Reports, following up outstanding actions
• Ensure Prestart documentation is accurate and up to date
• Follow up outstanding approvals and client requirements through to Slab Down
