Job summary

Edgewater Homes is seeking a Pre-Construction Coordinator to help bring our new home builds to life on a full-time parental cover contract at our Smeaton Grange office. You will coordinate processes behind the scenes and ensure all moving pieces come together to ready homes for market.

You will liaise with councils, certifiers, and consultants, manage planning approvals, and support a collaborative team with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential building projects from land acquisition through to construction commencement, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
• Manage planning approvals, including CDC and DA applications, through the NSW Planning Portal.
• Liaise with councils, certifiers, surveyors, engineers, BASIX assessors, and other consultants to secure required approvals and documentation.
• Prepare and lodge HBCF applications, maintaining accurate project records and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project workflows and approval timeframes to support construction start targets and project readiness.
• Provide administrative and project support to the wider team, assisting with operational and business requirements as needed.
