Job summary

Edgewater Homes Pty is seeking a Pre-Construction Coordinator for a full-time parental cover contract at the Smeaton Grange office. You will help bring new home builds to life, coordinating behind-the-scenes processes and ensuring all moving pieces come together for market readiness.

You will coordinate from land acquisition through construction start, manage planning approvals via the NSW Planning Portal, liaise with councils and consultants, lodge HBCF applications, and support the wider team

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating residential building projects.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential building projects from land acquisition to construction start, ensuring milestones are met.
• Liaise with councils, certifiers, surveyors, engineers and other consultants to secure approvals and documentation.
• Prepare and lodge HBCF applications and maintain project records and compliance.
• Monitor workflows and timeframes to support target start dates and readiness.
• Provide administrative and project support to the wider team as needed.
