Job summary

Ultra Living Homes on the Gold Coast seeks a Build Coordinator to own the client journey from preconstruction through handover.

You will manage a portfolio of residential builds, keep clients informed at every stage, and liaise with site supervisors and internal teams to maintain progress. The role emphasises proactive issue resolution and a high standard of client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction coordination, administration, or a similar client-facing role within the building industry.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously.

We are looking for a Build Coordinator to join our internal team and take full ownership of the client journey - from Preconstruction right through to key handover.

This is not a back-office role. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, driving communication, managing timelines, and ensuring each build progresses smoothly and to standard.

What You Will Be Doing
