Job summary

NobleOak is seeking a Client Connect Consultant to join our Client Services team in Sydney. You’ll support customers across phone, email and digital channels, handling enquiries, policy updates and servicing requests while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll start as a Level 1 Consultant with a clear progression path through increasing levels of capability, responsibility and complexity as you grow. This is a permanent full-time role in our Sydney office.
