Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound enquiries and providing clear, accurate and compliant information.
• Contacting qualified leads generated through our website and marketing campaigns.
• Managing your own sales pipeline and customer follow-up activity.
• Building trust and rapport while helping customers understand their life insurance options.
• Guiding customers through the application process from enquiry to submission.
• Achieving sales, service, productivity and quality targets.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
• Ensuring every interaction meets regulatory, compliance and quality requirements.
• Using Oakey and Genesys to manage customer engagement efficiently.
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching and development opportunities.
