Job summary

NobleOak in Sydney is seeking three Client Growth Consultants to join our award-winning Client Growth team. You’ll own the customer journey from enquiry to application submission, providing expert guidance and outstanding service every step of the way.

Working with inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns, you’ll combine sales skills, relationship-building and customer focus to deliver great outcomes for customers and NobleOak.

The Role:

We are seeking three Client Growth Consultants to join our award-winning Client Growth team. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping Australians make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.

You'll own the customer journey from initial enquiry through to application submission, providing expert guidance, outstanding service and a seamless experience every step of the way.

Working with customers who have already expressed interest in our products through inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns, you'll combine your sales skills, relationship-building ability and customer focus to deliver great outcomes for both our customers and NobleOak.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to inbound enquiries and providing customers with clear, accurate and compliant information


• Contacting qualified leads generated through our website and marketing campaigns


• Managing your own sales pipeline and customer follow-up activity


• Building trust and rapport while helping customers understand their life insurance options


• Guiding customers through the application process from enquiry to submission


• Achieving sales, service, productivity and quality targets


• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation


• Ensuring every interaction meets regulatory, compliance and quality requirements


• Using systems including Oakey and Genesys to manage customer engagement efficiently


• Participating in ongoing training, coaching and development opportunities
