Job summary

NobleOak in Sydney is seeking three Client Growth Consultants to join our award-winning Client Growth team. You’ll own the customer journey from enquiry to application submission, providing expert guidance and outstanding service every step of the way.

Working with inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns, you’ll combine sales skills, relationship-building and customer focus to deliver great outcomes for customers and NobleOak.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales, contact centre, customer service or phone-based environment.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence handling objections and sales conversations.
• Genuine passion for helping customers.
• Resilience, adaptability and self-motivation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries with clear, accurate, and compliant information.
• Contact qualified leads generated through website and marketing campaigns.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and customer follow-up activity.
• Build trust and rapport while helping customers understand life insurance options.
• Guide customers through the application process from enquiry to submission.
• Achieve sales, service, productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Ensure every interaction meets regulatory, compliance and quality requirements.
