Job summary

CELINE seeks a Client Advisor for the Pacific Fair Boutique on the Gold Coast. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, maintain deep product knowledge across categories, and support inventory, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising standards while adhering to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of luxury/retail sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong clienteling skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Deep product knowledge with cross-selling and upselling across categories.
• Experience supporting inventory, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising standards.

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As a Client Advisor at CELINE, you play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. Your passion for our collections and commitment to excellence will enable you to build meaningful connections with clients, embodying the sophistication and timelessness of the Maison.

Join our vibrant Gold Coast retail team in a permanent full-time role, located at our Pacific Fair Boutique.

YOUR IMPACT

• Commercial Performance: Drive store success by consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs through a strong commercial mindset and deep product knowledge.
• Clienteling & Sales: Proactively engage clients, execute structured outreach, and utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales and build long-term loyalty.
• Operations & Inventory: Maintain efficient stock control by tracking physical inventory, managing back-of-house operations, and coordinating product replenishment with management.
• Visual Merchandising & Compliance: Uphold visual merchandising standards, personal presentation guidelines, and internal operational procedures to protect the Maison's brand image.

KEYS TO SUCCESS

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience (luxury retail or ready-to-wear preferred).
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Advanced product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling across categories.
• Experience supporting inventory control, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising standards.
• The successful candidate must have minimum availability of three days per week.
