CELINE Melbourne Chadstone is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to be the brand ambassador, lead clienteling, and drive sales in a luxury retail environment. You will engage clients, deliver personalized service, and uphold Maison standards in a full-time role at Chadstone.

You will mentor teammates, manage back-of-house operations, ensure visual standards, and uphold brand guidelines while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in luxury or premium fashion.
• Proven clienteling skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strong product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling.
• Experience supporting inventory, back‑of‑house operations and visual standards.

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be the role model for the team, in terms of being the brand ambassador of CELINE, possessing clienteling skills and mindset, achieving KPIs and ensuring back office activities are in line with brand guidelines.

Join our Melbourne retail team in a full-time capacity, located at our Chadstone location.

Job responsabilities

Commercial Performance: Drive store success by consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs through a strong commercial mindset and deep product knowledge.

Clienteling & Sales: Proactively engage clients, execute structured outreach, and utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales and build long-term loyalty.

Team Development: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by sharing product knowledge, assisting colleagues in achieving sales goals, and training new Client Advisors on company policies, store procedures, and Maison standards.

Operations & Inventory: Maintain efficient stock control by tracking physical inventory, managing back-of-house operations, and coordinating product replenishment with management.

Visual Merchandising & Compliance: Uphold visual merchandising standards, personal presentation guidelines, and internal operational procedures to protect the Maison's brand image.

Profile

Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience (luxury retail or ready-to-wear preferred).

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets and KPIs.

Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Advanced product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling across categories.

Experience supporting inventory control, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising standards.

The successful candidate must be available to work a Sunday-Thursday roster.
