Job summary

CELINE, part of the LVMH Fashion Group, seeks Client Advisors for Sydney locations to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences across our luxury retail network. Roles include casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities in Bondi, Westfield Sydney, Chatswood, and the Airport.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of luxury retail experience, strong clienteling abilities, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience (luxury retail or ready-to-wear preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Advanced product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling across categories.

YOUR IMPACT

Commercial Performance:Drive sales targets and KPIs through a strong commercial mindset and product expertise.

Clienteling & Sales:Proactively engage clients, execute outreach, and leverage cross-selling to build long-term loyalty.

Operations & Inventory:Manage stock control, back-of-house operations, and product replenishment.

Visual Merchandising & Compliance:Uphold visual merchandising standards and operational guidelines to protect the Maison's image.

KEYS TO SUCCESS
