Paspaley, an iconic Australian luxury brand, invites applications for Client Advisors at our new Pacific Fair Boutique on the Gold Coast, opening December 2026. Join a founding team dedicated to exceptional service and craftsmanship in a celebrated jewellery house.

Based in Brisbane, you will engage with discerning clients, deliver impeccable presentations, and build lasting relationships through thoughtful outreach and follow‑ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail, hospitality, or high‑touch client service.
• Composed presence, impeccable presentation, and natural communication.

• Create warm, calm moments that feel personal and considered.
• Share the craftsmanship and story behind each piece with authenticity and grace.
• Host well‑prepared appointments from welcome to thoughtful farewell.
• Build lasting relationships through thoughtful outreach and timely follow‑up.
• Keep the boutique ready with accurate CRM, well‑prepared appointments, and immaculate presentation.
• Support precise product handling and elegant client presentations during discovery.
• Arrange simple service needs (orders, repairs, collections) with clear, proactive updates.

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Client Advisors (Full-Time) to become part of the founding team at our brand-new Pacific Fair Boutique, opening on the Gold Coast in December 2026.
