Job summary

Cullen Jewellery in Adelaide is seeking a Client Advisor for a part-time permanent role in our showroom. You’ll conduct bespoke consultations in-person and online, guiding clients through designs, custom quotes, and education on our pieces.

Responsibilities include coordinating aftercare like resizing and repairs, promoting ethical practices, and helping with daily showroom setup and stock displays. Rosters include Tue, Fri, Sat shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in premium jewellery.
• High attention to detail and client-focused service.
• Strong organisational and time management; flexible rostering.

• Coordinate aftercare services including resizing, repairs and lifetime warranty claims with fast turnaround.
• Promote Cullen Jewellery’s commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives.
• Assist with showroom setup, opening, and maintaining clean consultation desks and showroom areas.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks like stock takes, changing displays and postage tasks.

About the position:

As a Client Advisor, you will provide bespoke and informative consultations to clients, helping them discover or design their dream pieces, whether in person or through online consultations. This is a part-time, permanent position at our beautiful showroom in Adelaide with the following working hours:

• Tuesday 11am-5pm
• Friday 9am-5pm
• Saturday 8am-4pm

Key responsibilities include:

• Through in-person and online consultations, you'll be assisting clients in selecting jewellery, offering personalised advice and education, guiding them through the customisation process, and preparing independent custom quotes; and
• Coordinate aftercare services consultations including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims, with a fast turnaround and high client satisfaction
• Promoting Cullen Jewellery’s commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives
• Participating in the daily setup and opening of the showroom, and ensuring the cleanliness of consultation desks and other showroom areas.
• Completing ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes, changing product displays, and managing postage tasks as required

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the premium jewellery or retail industry
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and processes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Capacity to work on the provided roster consistently.
