StateCover Mutual is seeking an orderly and customer‑focused administrator to support our case managers in NSW. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate medical examinations, and manage payments and reimbursements for workers compensation claims in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates will be highly organised, deadline‑driven, and comfortable with Word and Excel. Insurance experience is desirable but not essential, with hybrid working arrangements offered to support

• Maintains organised workflow and meets deadlines in a fast‑paced insurance environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to adapt to new tools quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general administration and customer service support across workers compensation claims.
• Arrange medical examinations and coordinate documentation.
• Reconcile Member payments and wage reimbursements; follow up on reports and accounts.
• Assist in preparing claim reviews and case conferences; support stakeholders as needed.
