Job summary

QBE Insurance Group is seeking a Claims Officer for its Motor Claims team in Melbourne or Parramatta. The role is permanent, full-time with a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office). Overtime opportunities may be available up to 8pm. No prior claims experience required; full training provided.

You will manage motor claims from start to resolution, gather information, speak with customers and suppliers, and provide clear updates while working with your team to achieve strong outcomes.

Managing claims from start to resolution

Gathering information and assessing next steps

Speaking with customers, third parties and suppliers

Providing clear,timelyupdates throughout the process

About you

Experience in customer service, retail, contactcentresor hospitality

Comfortable speaking with customers and handling a variety of situations
