Job summary

QBE in Melbourne is seeking a Claims Officer to join our Motor Claims team. This permanent, full‑time role offers hybrid working with two days in the office and full training to support your development.

You will manage a portfolio of motor claims from start to finish, gather information, speak with customers and third parties, and provide clear updates throughout the process. No previous claims experience is required, and overtime opportunities may be available.
