Steadfast NSG is seeking a Claims Executive to own a diverse portfolio of end-to-end claims, delivering prompt, fair, and high-quality outcomes for clients across Australia. • Experience in a claims servicing role.
• Understanding of Insurance legislation and Code of Practice.
• Ability to connect with people and build trust.
• 2+ years experience handling Commercial claims across general insurance lines, Motor and Property.
• Sound computer skills, confident communication skills, a collaborative approach, and excellent attention to detail.
• Career focused, responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Minimum Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance.
