Job summary

The role supports incident investigations, remediation activities and systemic risk identification within RAC Insurance’s Compliance & Assurance team. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in claims, compliance, risk, incident management, or assurance within the insurance/financial services sector.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance incident investigations for completeness and accuracy.
• Facilitate remediation and rectification activities to ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Consult with Operational teams, Incident Owners, Risk & Compliance and Legal as required.
• Identify and analyse data for investigation, remediation and control improvements.
