Job summary

RAC is seeking a dedicated Liability Claims Specialist in Western Australia to manage complex home liability and recovery claims on a 12-month contract/secondment, with potential for permanency. Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement to maximise claim recoveries.
• Ensure compliance with claims guidelines, service standards, and the Insurance Code of Practice.

Job description

We are a purpose led member organisation striving to create greater value for our members and deliver on our purpose to be “The driving force for a better WA.” We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Liability Claims Specialist to join our Claims Services team within the Home Claims business unit. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for effectively managing home liability claims and high-value recoveries while delivering exceptional service to our members. This role is available on an initial 12month Contract/Secondment with potential for permanency.

About the Role
