In this key role, you’ll be responsible for effectively managing home liability claims and high-value recoveries while delivering exceptional service to our members. This role is available on an initial 12month Contract/Secondment with potential for permanency.
Manage a portfolio of complex liability and recovery claims with a proactive and member-focused approach. Handle reinsurance activities, including daily management, monitoring, and notifications. Build and maintain productive relationships with legal advisors, solicitors, and service providers. Provide guidance and support to Home Claims Specialists, Home Assessors, and Team Leaders. Identify opportunities for process improvement to maximise claim recoveries. Ensure compliance with claims guidelines, service standards, and the Insurance Code of Practice.
