Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of WA is seeking a Portfolio Coordinator to support the delivery of programmes and governance across the Assurance, Integration & Change team. You will coordinate portfolio activities, prepare executive reports, and help ensure alignment to RACWA standards.

You will develop PM processes, deliver training, assist in health checks, and engage stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in portfolio capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio coordination across enterprise projects or initiatives.
• Ability to prepare governance reports and documentation with precision.
• Understanding of project controls including risks, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of PM processes and governance.
• Prepare Board and Executive level reports and briefs.
• Oversee portfolio of projects and monitor progress against deliverables.
• Coordinate governance forums, agendas, minutes and actions.
• Prepare cost allocation reporting for project chargeback.
• Provide user support, training, UAT and system updates for the PM tool.
• Conduct health checks and drive continuous improvement in processes.
