Job summary

Insure More is seeking a hands-on claims & broking support professional to lodge, progress, and advocate for clients through to settlement. You will negotiate outcomes, support policy administration, renewals, and submissions for new business, while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent client service.

The role requires RG146 compliance or willingness to complete it within early employment and prior claims handling experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a claims handling or broking support role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with broking software and MS Office.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Manage the claims process end to end, lodge and progress claims, advocate for clients through to settlement.
• Negotiate claim outcomes and push for fair, timely settlements while keeping clients informed.
• Support the broking team with policy administration, renewals, and submissions for new business.
• Maintain accurate records in client files, claims registers, and policy documentation.
• Deliver professional client service and timely responses to client queries.
• Work within AFSL obligations and the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice.
