• Experience in the insurance claims industry with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the end-to-end claims process, including setting reserves, authorising payments, within authority levels and according to SLAs.
• Ensuring the customer is kept informed of progress while negotiating options and escalating when required throughout the duration of the claim
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Provide prompt attention to all claims in accordance with Company standards and SLA requirements.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups.
