Community Broker Network is seeking a Claims Executive to join our growing Claims team across Australia. You will manage a portfolio of claims from initial notification through to settlement, ensuring fair and efficient handling in line with service standards and regulatory requirements.

You will support clients, brokers, and stakeholders with clear communication, timely updates, and thorough investigations of complaints, contributing to continuous improvement and a market-leading claims service.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims administration or a related insurance role.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
