Regional Insurance Brokers, part of the QIB Group, is seeking a proactive Claims Officer for our Sunshine Coast team. You will manage lodgements, data entry in our Insight system, and advise clients on optimal claim outcomes. This role emphasizes strong client service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• High level of client service skills.
• No prior experience in claims required, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with lodgement of claims with insurers.
• Data entry of claims into Insight system.
• Provide advice to clients on best possible resolution.
• Follow up of claims processes with insurers.
• Ensure clients receive full entitlements from claim.
• Answer incoming claims calls.
• Handle under excess claims for clients including recovery.
