Responsibilities

• Manage and process insurance claims from notification to settlement.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and stakeholders to gather information.
• Provide guidance on policy coverage, entitlements and the claims process.
• Prepare claim documentation and supporting evidence for submission.
• Monitor progress and update clients on status and outcomes.
• Handle disputes and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and streamline procedures.
• Support teammates to uphold service standards.
