Job summary

Sime Motors is seeking a customer experience professional to join the team in Australia. The role reports to the Service - Customer Interactions Senior Team Leader and focuses on handling inbound inquiries, and proactively contacting customers to secure service bookings, supporting the aftersales teams with top-notch service.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, reliability, a strong customer-facing telephone manner, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
