Penrith BMW and Penrith MINI invite experienced customer service professionals to join our high-performing service team in Western Sydney. You’ll manage customer service and repair needs, coordinate bookings, and keep clients updated with costed invoices and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer-facing or Service Advisor role.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Solid computer literacy (MS Office and dealership systems desirable).

• A current and valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities
