Penrith BMW & MINI is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the New and Used Vehicle Sales team in Western Sydney. You will drive performance across volume, profitability and customer experience, working closely with the General Sales Manager to align processes with BMW, MINI and Sime Darby standards.

The role emphasizes managing stock, pricing, trade-in appraisals, negotiations, CRM oversight, and ensuring brand compliance while coaching and developing team members.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales Manager experience in automotive dealerships.
• Strong leadership and team development capability.
• Sound commercial acumen and performance focus.
• Experience across new and used vehicle operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of dealership systems and processes.
• Current driver’s licence and NSW Salesperson Licence.

The Role:

As Sales Manager, you will lead the New and Used Vehicle Sales team, driving performance across volume, profitability and customer experience. Working closely with the General Sales Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support the sales team and ensure all processes align with BMW, MINI and Sime Darby standards.

Key responsibilities include:
