Sime Motors is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our customer experience team in Sydney. Reporting to the Service - Customer Interactions Senior Team Leader, you will handle inbound inquiries and proactively contact existing customers to secure service bookings, supporting aftersales with proactive, informative customer service.
